By completing your purchase and payment, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before you check out.
Vizzualit builds, brands, and provides a website “before and after” visualizer tool (the “Service”) that we add to your existing website. Your customers upload a photo and preview products applied to their space, and the tool captures their contact details as leads for your business.
The one-time setup fee depends on the plan you select at checkout (currently US$995 on Standard and US$2,495 on Pro) and is payable in full at signup. This covers building, branding, and installing your visualizer. Because setup work begins right away, the setup fee is non-refundable once we have started building your tool.
Starter has no setup fee. On Starter the cost of building your visualizer is carried by us and recovered through the higher monthly rate over the minimum term set out in section 5.
Go-live guarantee. We will have your visualizer live within 30 days of receiving the materials we need from you (your logo, colours, and a set of your products). Delays caused by waiting on those materials do not count toward the 30 days.
Ongoing access to the Service is billed monthly at the rate for the plan you select at checkout (currently US$159.95 on Starter, US$89.95 on Standard, or US$119.95 on Pro). The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
When your first monthly payment is taken:
The monthly fee covers the software running live on your website, including the AI rendering that powers each preview, plus hosting and updates.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). You authorize us to charge your payment method for the setup fee and the recurring monthly subscription.
If a monthly payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, we may suspend or disable the visualizer on your website until your account is brought current. Prices are shown in US dollars; customers outside the United States are charged in their local currency at checkout.
Standard and Pro. The subscription runs month to month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice; your Service continues until the end of your current billing period, after which the visualizer is removed or disabled.
Starter. Because Starter carries no setup fee and we build your visualizer before receiving payment for that work, Starter runs on a 12-month minimum term beginning on your first monthly payment. If you cancel during that term, the remaining monthly payments for the balance of the 12 months become immediately due and payable. After the 12-month term, Starter continues month to month at the same rate and may be cancelled on 30 days’ notice like any other plan.
Fees already paid are not refundable. We may terminate this agreement for non-payment or misuse of the Service.
Vizzualit owns the software, technology, and all intellectual property in the visualizer tool. While your subscription is active, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tool on your website. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the software. All rights not expressly granted remain with Vizzualit.
You own your business content and every lead the tool generates. Leads and enquiries are delivered to you, and we do not sell or market to your customers. You grant us permission to use your logo, brand, and product images only as needed to build, run, and support your visualizer.
Renders. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI previews (“renders”): 600 on Starter, 600 on Standard, and 1,200 on Pro. The allowance resets each billing month and unused renders do not carry over. If you reach your allowance we will contact you to either add capacity at an agreed rate or move you to a higher plan; we may pause rendering until one of those is agreed.
Trades. Your visualizer is built for a set number of trades (for example countertops, cabinets, or tile). Starter and Standard cover one trade. Pro covers up to three. Adding a trade beyond what your plan covers requires moving to a plan that covers it, or a separately quoted build.
Website scope. This agreement covers the visualizer tool only. We add it to the website you already have. Any rebuild, redesign, or other work on your website is a separate service at an additional cost, quoted separately and not included here.
The images the tool generates are realistic previews to help your customers picture a result. They are illustrative only — not exact quotes, measurements, or guarantees of the finished product. The final product is always confirmed by you with your customer.
The Service is provided “as is.” We work to keep it available and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizzualit’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business.
Each party will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform this agreement.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted at this page. This agreement is the entire understanding between you and Vizzualit regarding the Service and replaces any prior discussions.
Acceptance. By checking the agreement box and completing payment at checkout, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to this Service Agreement on behalf of your business.
